You agree to use the site lawfully, to give accurate information when you order, and not to misuse, copy or interfere with the site or its content. We may update or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Products and descriptions

Our products are natural and handmade or hand-packed, so colour, size, texture and appearance can vary slightly from the photographs. We try to describe and photograph every item accurately, but small differences are normal and are not defects.

Prices and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time; the price at the moment you place the order applies.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed wrongly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are made online through Razorpay using the methods shown at checkout. Your payment details are handled by Razorpay on its secure page; we do not store them. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The brand name, logo, photographs, text and design on this site belong to ASL Kashmir or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Srinagar.
