Where do your products come from?
Aslkashmir– Kashmir’s Best Dry Fruits & Kashmiri Saffron products are sourced from growers and artisans across the Kashmir valley and packed in Kashmir before being shipped to your door anywhere in India.
How can I be sure a Kashmiri product is authentic?
Buy from sellers who tell you exactly where an item was grown or made, and look for the Geographical Indication (GI) mark on products that carry one, such as Kashmir saffron. Every product page here states its origin and how it is packed.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We ship to addresses across India. Delivery times and any shipping charges are listed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and shown again at checkout before you pay.
Which payment methods can I use?
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. The methods available to you, such as UPI, debit and credit cards and net banking, appear at checkout. We never see or store your card or bank details.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Write to us soon after delivery with a photo of the parcel and the product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
