Shipping & Delivery Policy

ASL Kashmir packs every order in Kashmir and ships it to your door. This policy explains where we deliver and how long it takes.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses across India. Please enter a complete address and a working phone number so the courier can reach you.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during festivals and peak seasons.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 4–9 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier. Remote areas can take longer. The estimate is shown at checkout where available.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, and any free-shipping offer, are shown at checkout before you pay. The charge applicable when you place the order is the one that applies.

Order tracking

Once your order ships we send the tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can also write to us at lonemusaib953@gmail.com for an update.

Delays

Weather, road closures, strikes and other events outside our control can delay deliveries to and from the Kashmir valley. We will keep you informed and do our best to get your order to you quickly.

Failed or incorrect delivery

If a delivery fails because the address or phone number was wrong or no one was available, the courier may return the parcel. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may carry an additional shipping charge.

Damaged in transit

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, follow the steps in our Refund & Cancellation Policy within 48 hours of delivery.
